Questions

Who owns the code?: You do. Source is delivered with the system and you stay free to hand it to someone else.
Where is the data hosted?: Wherever you decide, including on your own servers. We design so hosting stays a choice rather than a constraint.
What happens if we stop working together?: You leave with the source, the documentation and a rehearsed handover. There is no lock-in clause.
What technology do you use?: Proven, widely known technology, so another team can take the system over without exotic training.
